I interviewed Tracey and her husband Andy on Monday 09-20-2010. I had approached Tracey a few days before to see if Andy would be willing to give me an interview about his business for a school project. After speaking with Tracey for several minutes, I learned that she was actually the CEO of the business and that Andy worked for her.
